RAW Enroll365 is the enrollment marketing infrastructure for charter schools. One of our core services is a done-for-you call center that contacts interested families, books tours, and confirms open house attendance — on behalf of the schools we serve. This team is the engine that turns leads into filled seats.

 

About the Role

As an Enrollment Outreach Specialist, you are the voice that moves families from interested to enrolled. You’ll be making outbound calls, sending follow-up messages, booking tours, and confirming open house attendance for charter schools across the country. Every call you make has a direct impact on a school’s enrollment numbers and funding.

This role is for someone who is confident on the phone, persistent without being pushy, and genuinely cares about connecting families with great schools.

 

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to families who have expressed interest in our partner schools
  • Follow proven scripts and conversation frameworks to book tours and confirm open house attendance
  • Follow up via text and email with leads who did not answer on the first attempt
  • Log all call activity and outcomes accurately in our CRM
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach targets
  • Represent each school professionally and with genuine enthusiasm

 

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center, sales, or outbound outreach role
  • Confident and natural phone presence — you don’t dread making calls
  • Strong listener who can build rapport quickly
  • Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus given our school markets
  • Experience in education, enrollment, or admissions is a bonus

 

What Success Looks Like

  • You are consistently hitting or exceeding daily outreach and booking targets
  • Families you spoke with show up to tours and open houses
  • Schools report high confirmation rates and lower no-show rates on your accounts

 

Compensation

$38,000 – $50,000 annually + performance bonus tied to booking and show rates. Contract (1099). Hybrid out of Miami.
