About the Role

The Enrollment Success Coordinator keeps the operation running smoothly. You support our Director of School Partnerships by managing day-to-day client communication, keeping deliverables on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You are organized, proactive, and take pride in the details.

This is a great role for someone who wants to grow into a full client success or account management career in a fast-moving environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with assigned school clients
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up items across multiple accounts
  • Support the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate between internal teams (ads, content, call center) to ensure timely delivery
  • Flag client issues or concerns to the Director of School Partnerships quickly
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation in our CRM

 

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a client-facing, coordinator, or administrative role
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communicator via email and phone
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
  • Background in education or enrollment is a bonus, not a requirement

Compensation

$45,000 – $60,000 base + performance bonus. Hybrid out of Miami.
