About RAW Enroll365

RAW Enroll365 is the enrollment marketing infrastructure for charter schools. We run paid ads, content, and a live call center to help schools fill seats and build waitlists. We work with schools across the country and move fast.

 

About the Role

This is an entry to mid-level paid media role. You’ll work directly under our Senior Enrollment Ads Strategist, executing campaigns across Meta and Google for charter school clients. You’ll learn the systems, implement the frameworks, and grow fast if you’re hungry.

This is not a passive role. You’ll be in ad accounts every single day, managing budgets, testing creative, and reporting results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor paid campaigns across Meta and Google under senior direction
  • Conduct daily account checks, flagging performance issues and optimization opportunities
  • Test new audiences, creatives, and copy in coordination with the content team
  • Pull weekly performance reports and assist with client-facing updates
  • Support the build-out of new client campaigns from scratch
  • Stay current on platform updates and algorithm changes that affect campaign performance

 

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience running Meta or Google Ads campaigns
  • Comfortable working inside Ads Manager daily — this is not a strategy-only role
  • Basic understanding of funnel mechanics, landing pages, and lead generation
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
  • Willing to learn and implement frameworks built by the team, not reinvent the wheel
  • Bonus: experience in lead generation campaigns or education-related industries

  • Campaigns are executing on time and within budget without needing constant supervision
  • You are flagging issues before they become problems
  • You are growing into the ability to manage accounts more independently over time

 

Compensation

$45,000 – $65,000 annually. Contract (1099). Hybrid out of Miami.
