About the Role

As Director of School Partnerships, you are the person our school clients rely on most. You own the relationship from day one — through onboarding, execution, and results. You are the bridge between what the client needs and what our internal team delivers.

This is not a passive account management role. You will be in the trenches with school leaders, helping them understand their data, prepare for open houses, and get the most out of everything we build for them. Schools stay because of you. Schools refer others because of you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the full client relationship from signed contract through ongoing engagement
  • Lead onboarding calls, set expectations, and build trust with school leaders early
  • Monitor client campaign performance and proactively communicate wins and pivots
  • Coordinate across the ads, content, and call center teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to school leadership
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your client portfolio
  • Serve as the internal voice of the client — advocate for what they need

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in client success, account management, or a client-facing operations role
  • Strong communicator — written, verbal, and in live presentations
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Ability to understand marketing data and translate it clearly for non-marketing audiences
  • Background in education, edtech, or mission-driven industries is a strong plus
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly with school leaders

Compensation

TBD  base salary + performance bonus tied to retention and growth. Hybrid out of Miami.
