Our team works directly with school leaders across the country to fill classrooms, build pipelines, and make enrollment predictable.

 

About the Role

As our Senior Enrollment Ads Strategist, you own the paid media engine that drives enrollment results for our school clients. You’re not just running ads — you’re building and scaling the systems that put qualified families into seats. You’ll manage campaigns across Meta and Google, own client ad performance from strategy to reporting, and be the person our clients trust to make their marketing dollars work.

This is a results-first role. You’ll have full ownership over campaign performance and direct visibility with leadership.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google for multiple charter school clients simultaneously
  • Develop campaign strategy, creative direction, and audience targeting tailored to each school’s market
  • Monitor and report on key metrics including cost per lead, cost per booked tour, and cost per enrolled student
  • Work closely with the content and client success teams to ensure ads and landing pages are aligned
  • Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and implement solutions without being asked
  • Contribute to the development of internal playbooks and frameworks for enrollment advertising

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing paid social and search campaigns, ideally at a marketing agency
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns and reducing cost per lead over time
  • Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and campaign tracking tools
  • Strong analytical mindset — you live in the data and can translate it into action
  • Experience working with multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Bonus: experience in education, healthcare, or other mission-driven verticals

 

What Success Looks Like

  • Client campaigns consistently hit or exceed cost-per-lead targets
  • Schools you manage are reporting full open houses and booked tour pipelines
  • You are proactively surfacing insights and optimizations before clients ask
  • Retention and referral rates among your client accounts are high

 

Compensation

$70,000 – $100,000 base salary + performance bonus tied to client results. Hybrid out of Miami.
